By using our AI Tools, you agree to comply with these terms. These apply to everyone engaging with our tools and services.
Your Creations, Your Responsibility
When using ALL our AI tools, for E.G. the Hyperrealistic AI image generator/Hero Images/Scroll Stopping Ads/AI Image Editor and Logo Maker, you are fully accountable for the content you create. This includes ensuring your work does not infringe on others’ copyright or intellectual property rights. It’s strictly prohibited to produce material that is racist,violent, ageist, homophobic, transphobic, sexual, or misogynistic.
Our tools, provided by third-party services, are designed for responsible use, and while we strive for top performance, we can’t guarantee everything will be perfect. If you create content that is illegal or inappropriate, you will bear full legal consequences in line with the laws of your geographical area and we disclaim any liability for such actions. The onus is entirely on you to adhere to legal standards and ethical guidelines.Please be aware that the third party service provider also monitors what content is created with the service they provide and will alert you when they deem inappropriate content is being created by yourself within their services.

Third Party White Label Provider
AI Tools With Alex leverages white-labeled third-party tools by our chosen provider.
All customer data is securely stored on the providers servers and may also reside on additional partner servers associated that also work with the provider. While Alex Harris Digital does not assume responsibility for data storage, we are committed to assisting you with any data-related inquiries.
Should you have questions regarding data storage, we will initially reach out to the provider on your behalf to address your concerns. Once we provide you with their response, any further inquiries should be directed to the provider directly – we will provide details. Rest assured, you maintain full control over the data you choose to share with them.
Additional Charges
Please be aware, some of the apps may need additional payments for credits to use them (such as the Text to Video app or the AudioBook Maker). These app credits are provided by our American based third party provider and all additional credits payments will be made to them through the suite.Alex Harris Digital ONLY charges you for the monthly subscription fee.
Liability Disclaimer

Additionally, we are not responsible for any damages or losses related to the data you choose to share with our third-party provider.
